Guidance notes

IMPORTANT: For reasons of privacy, please do not include information about people who are (or may be) still alive.
You must enter valid data for the critical items shown in RED, otherwise your submission will be rejected and you'll be asked to resubmit.
Items shown in BLACK are optional and can be left blank.
If you are not sure of any of the dates (e.g. birth, marriage, death) enter an approximate date and use the abbreviation "ca." (e.g. "ca. 1820") or enter a date range (e.g. "1815/25"). An uncertainty of more than 10 years (± 5 years) is not acceptable for the key ancestor's birthdate.
There's a text box at the bottom of the form, in which you can add supplementary information.
When you're satisfied with the data you've entered, click on the "Submit details" button at bottom of form.

Key Ancestor (male)

The key ancestor is the Welsh-born man under whose name the entry will appear in the Ancestor List. For married couples with children, I will also include details of wife and children under the this name. If required, I can add a supplementary entry under the wife's maiden name, cross-referenced to the main entry.
If your key ancestor is female, please use Form F.
